Refresh your senses with our delicious Citrus Spritz Cocktail! We've teamed up with Billy Stitch Distillery and Cocktail Candy to create the perfect fusion of flavours. Featuring Billy Stitch's signature gin, Cocktail Candy's handcrafted garnishes, and our very own Energy Boost Tea, this vibrant, zesty cocktail is sure to impress. Get ready for your new Summer obsession!
Ingredients
- 40 ml Billy Stitch Summer Gin
- 120 ml brewed and chilled Tea Tonic Energy Boost Tea
- 10 ml fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml honey syrup (optional for sweetness)
- Cocktail Candy Dehydrated orange slices for garnish
- Rosemary for garnish (optional)
- Ice
Method
- Brew the 1 heaped teaspoon of Energy Boost Tea in 120mls of cold water for 30 minutes. Check out how to cold brew ice tea here.
- In a shaker, combine the gin, chilled Energy Boost Tea, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup for a touch of sweetness. Add ice and shake well.
- Strain the cocktail into a glass over ice.
- Add a dehydrated orange slice and sprig of rosemary to garnish
- Enjoy with friends
