Summer Fling Cocktail

Introducing the Summer Fling ... flirty, fun and refreshing! With tropical and lemon-lime notes it's perfect for sun-kissed afternoons - give it a try.

Ingredients:

• 30ml of Billy Stitch Summer Gin
• 1 heaped teaspoon of Tea Tonic True Calm Tea
• 30ml of yellow chartreuse
• 25ml of lime juice
• 20ml of pineapple puree
• Cocktail Candy Dehydrated Pear for garnish
• 3 spritz of Absinthe
• Ice

 

Instructions:

1. Brew 1 heaped teaspoon of True Calm Tea in 30mls Billy Stitch Summer Gin for 30 mins. Once brewed strain the gin.
2. In a shaker, combine the tea steeped gin, yellow chartreuse, lime juice, and pineapple puree. Add ice and shake well.
3. Double strain the cocktail into a cocktail glass
4. Add three spritz of Absinthe on top
5. Add a Cocktail Candy dehydrated pear to garnish
