• 1 x 400ml can of coconut milk
  • 2 tsp Tea Tonic Matcha
  • 1/3 cup Agave
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence / extract
  • 1 squeeze of fresh lemon juice
  •  pinch of salt



  1. Freeze the ice cream maker’s bowl for 24h before use
  2. Whisk all ingredients together in a small pot
  3. Assemble the frozen bowl into ice cream maker
  4. Turn it on and pour the mixture into the ice cream churner
  5. Let it mix and churn until reaching the consistency of soft served ice cream
  6. Transfer to a plastic container (NOT steel!)
  7. Leave to freeze up (about 1.5 hours depending on the freezer)
  8. Pull the ice cream out of the freezer and mix during the final freezing process for a smoother texture
  9. Leave it out for about 15 minutes to soften before serving*
  10. Scoop into a bowl, topped with your choice of fruits or nuts, and serve
