I had been trying to kick my nasty 95% cacao chocolate habit, so when saw this I thought it might be a good substitute. And it has worked...well, okay, it has GREATLY reduced my chocolate intake. ('still working cutting out chocolate altogether). I genuinely enjoy this tea, no milk or soy milk required.
