Ingredients: Turmeric (Curcuma longa), Cinnamon (Cinnamomum aromaticum), Ginger (Zingiber officinale) & Black Pepper (Piper nigrum).
Directions: Place 1 teaspoon in a cup. Add 20ml of boiling water and mix to make a paste. Add warmed frothed milk, almond, soy or coconut milk. Sprinkle with the Golden Turmeric Blend. Serve hot with honey to taste.
