This naturally sweet mouth-watering tea can be enjoyed all day, hot or chilled. Keeps you hydrated and is FODMAP friendly. Note: Every cup of tea will provide you with 3% of your RDI of iron, add a slice of lemon to this tea to achieve an even higher absorption.

Ingredients: Hibiscus (Flores Hibiscus sabbariffac)*, Nettle (Urtica dioica)*, Natural raspberry flavour, Monk Fruit (Siraitia grosvenorii)*, Calendula (Calendula officinal)*.

Flavour: Sweet raspberry

Preparation: 

Hot Tea - Place 1-2 teaspoons per serve in a cup or teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 7-10 minutes for the desired strength.

Iced Tea - Place 1-2 teaspoons per serve in a cup or teapot. Add a splash of boiling water, wait 2 minutes to release and activate the flavour, then add cold water and ice.

Serve without milk. Add honey or lemon if desired.
