Flavour: Sweet Passionfruit Taste
Preparation: Place 1 teabag per person in a cup or teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 7-10 minutes for desired strength. Serve hot or chilled with honey or lemon to taste. Serve without milk.

True Calm is amazing, it is NOT the same as True Zen

I brought this size because the smaller packs said True Zen not True Calm, and even though the description on that page said they were the same and the packaging was simply changing, this is NOT the case. Because in my order I also got some single bag samples, and when I tried the single bag of True Zen it tasted completely different, unremarkable and gross, it was harsh and gave me indigestion. True Calm on the other hand, is AMAZING, an all time favourite tea ever (and I have tried a LOT of tea blends in a LOT of brands). True calm is smooth, sweet, refreshing and has an amazing aftertaste. I'm completely addicted. It's so so good. So I really hope the other listing is wrong and they are not replacing it with True Zen. Let's compare the ingredients from the back of the two bags in my order: TRUE CALM: Tulsi/Holy Basil*, Moringa", Natural flavour, Monk fruit*, Cornflower blossom* *Organic products TRUE ZEN: Tulsi/Holy basil*, Lemon balm*, Natural flavour, Monk fruit* *Organic products This tells me Moringa makes all the difference in Ture Calm tasting so good, and I'd bet lemon balm was the culprit for True Zen being harsh in both taste and also on the stomach.
